Job Summary

Leading daily business operations and data/application processing needs, the fully remote AOS Technical Operations Project Lead will manage data processing and workflow optimization projects while collaborating with IT and admissions leadership to ensure timely execution of various admissions programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead data processing and workflow optimization projects, including documentation, scheduling, and testing
• Collaborate with IT and admissions leadership to ensure accurate execution of data processes and reporting
• Track project progress and lead quality assurance checks for ongoing data updates and reporting needs

Required qualifications:

• Experience leveraging data for detailed reports to Senior Management
• Proven success leading data processing using platforms like Salesforce
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to summarize, analyze, and explore large datasets
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
