- Oversee operational monitoring, telemetry, alerting, and observability maturation
- Support incident response and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with modern monitoring platforms (Datadog, Splunk, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, load balancers, API Gateway)
- Foundation in Linux, monitoring concepts, IaC, and light scripting or coding
- Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver operational value
