Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Support Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, effective support to internal users and maintain communication regarding issue status and resolution
  • Assist in logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests while supporting standard business processes
  • Contribute to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and generate performance reports related to ticket volume and resolution times


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRMs
  • Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Certification is a plus
