Job Summary
To support the growth of the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Technical Partner Lead will manage the technical experience of partner journeys, redesigning processes for efficient launches and enabling partners through automation and AI-driven support.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign the partner build-launch process in collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams
- Own technical demos and solutioning discussions, enhancing technical enablement materials
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline the QuickStart model for startup partners
Required qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a Solutions and/or Pre-Sales Engineering function
- Deep knowledge of API integrations, preferably in vertical SaaS or FinTech
- Proven ability to solution live in front of technical prospects
- Experience with automating onboarding and launch processes
- Strong interest or experience in applying AI to enablement workflows
