Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Partner Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support and training to partners and vendor teams
  • Engage with partners to improve business relationships and sales strategies
  • Represent the company's brand and technical expertise in partner interactions
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed services preferred
  • 1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, email servers, and basic networking concepts
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 4-year related college degree preferred
  • Technology degree or applicable technology experience
