Technical Partnership Development Manager

Job Summary

Proactively engaging with builders and platforms, the full-time remote Associate Technical Partnership Development Manager will execute partnership opportunities with AI builders and developer tooling organizations while collaborating with internal teams to enhance ecosystem growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with builders and platforms utilizing Supabase in modern coding environments
• Execute a pipeline of partnership opportunities in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Manage onboarded partners, providing co-marketing support to increase adoption

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate in a technical field or 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture
• Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems
• Experience in market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally in the open-source space
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing projects independently
