Technical Pharmacy Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Expert Technical Pharmacy Analyst will manage technical execution for MMIS Medicaid Management Information Systems and the Medicaid Pharmacy environment, focusing on SQL development, data validation, and system troubleshooting to support healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and perform in-depth data analysis to troubleshoot system issues
• Coordinate with data conversion teams to validate migrated data and ensure accuracy across environments
• Support system testing and deployment activities, including User Acceptance Testing and performance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Healthcare Systems Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with complex joins and stored procedures
• Experience supporting MMIS, Medicaid, or Medicaid Pharmacy systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and Medicaid domains
