Job Summary
Providing exceptional technical support remotely, the full-time Technical Printer Support Representative I will efficiently handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve complex inkjet printer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through a first call resolution strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver positive technical support to customers via phone, analyzing and troubleshooting issues
- Document interactions and resolutions while utilizing available software and network tools
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and completing orders on the Canon website
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC
- Intermediate to advanced skills with internet navigation and MS Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment
