Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Printer Support Representative I (Inkjet).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex printer issues to deliver solutions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC
• Intermediate to advanced skills in internet navigation and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
