Technical Printer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Printer Support Representative I (Inkjet).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, resolving inkjet printer issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer inquiries using available tools
• Document interactions and assist customers in making purchase decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows and/or MAC)
• Intermediate to advanced skills in internet navigation and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
