Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Procedure Writer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the controlled document approval process and assist project teams in updating documents
  • Coordinate procedure editing and review activities across global sites, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Edit draft procedural documents to ensure technical material is clear and effective for global users
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • AS or BS degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, specifically in SOPs and Work Instructions for the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical knowledge of basic Pharmacovigilance terminology and processes
  • Experience using electronic document management systems; Veeva experience is a plus
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
