Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Process Analyst will analyze business domains, document processes and systems, and gather business requirements to align with product development while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft system and functional requirements, including data dictionaries and flow diagrams, to ensure timely product delivery
- Formulate and maintain a project backlog that reflects business needs and emerging best practices for process improvement
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather and document software requirements, ensuring clear communication between development teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or related field
- Experience with SQL databases, including writing complex queries and performing ad-hoc analysis
- Prior experience with Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence is preferred
- Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills for making data-driven recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to document and convey requirements effectively
