Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I to provide technical customer service for its software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues and cases
  • Seek training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc.)
  • 1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
