Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I to provide technical customer service for its software.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
- Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues and cases
- Seek training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
- 1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc.)
- 1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be 18 years of age or older
