Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer service for software, logging and tracking support issues
- Monitor support ticketing system and manage client cases to resolution within defined guidelines
- Participate in collaborative meetings and seek training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
- 1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc.)
- 1+ year of Basic PC Troubleshooting and/or Repair
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be 18 years of age or older
