Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical customer service for software, logging and tracking support issues
  • Monitor support ticketing system and manage client cases to resolution within defined guidelines
  • Participate in collaborative meetings and seek training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc.)
  • 1+ year of Basic PC Troubleshooting and/or Repair
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
