Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support technology deployments and enhance product offerings, the contract Technical Product Analyst will work remotely to gather, analyze, and document requirements while leading Scrum meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques
• Facilitate discussions and present requirements, incorporating stakeholder feedback into the product backlog
• Collaborate with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of new products and platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Product Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in cloud migrations and SaaS solutions
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is necessary
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
