Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Product Analyst will maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform knowledge, focusing on data ingestion, integration, and governance to support service management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB tables and relationships among various configuration items (CIs)
• Perform data ingestion and integration to support service management processes and ensure compliance with CSDM standards
• Develop health dashboards and manage CMDB data, including lifecycle and change management

Required qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in CMDB and CSDM
• Strong skills in data ingestion and integration
• Understanding of CI lifecycle management and change management
• Experience in data governance and establishing health dashboards in ServiceNow
• Prior experience supporting governance and compliance activities
