Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the ServiceNow platform, the full-time contract Technical Product Analyst will focus on managing CMDB data, ensuring IT data is structured according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and collaborating on data governance and quality initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CMDB data within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate relationships among various configuration items (CIs)
• Implement and enforce policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement
• Establish health dashboards to identify stale or orphaned data and support data governance efforts

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB tables and data integration skills
• Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with emphasis on Business Applications and Service Instances
• Experience with data governance and data quality management
• Prior experience managing CI lifecycles and change management processes
• Eligibility to work in the US (USC, GC, or authorized status)
