Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support service management processes, the contract Technical Product Analyst will maintain and enhance knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB tables and relationships, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CMDB data within ServiceNow, including CI lifecycle management and change management
• Perform data ingestion and integration to support service management processes
• Develop health dashboards and identify stale or orphaned data in the CMDB

Required qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly CMDB and CSDM knowledge
• Strong data ingestion and integration skills
• Understanding of CI lifecycle management and policies enforcement
• Experience with data governance and establishing health dashboards in ServiceNow
• Prior experience supporting governance and compliance activities
