Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Technical Product Analyst on a contract basis, the ideal candidate will manage data ingestion and integration processes within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring IT data is structured according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and supporting governance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize proficiency in CMDB tables and manage relationships among various Configuration Items (CIs)
• Oversee data ingestion and integration processes, ensuring compliance with CSDM principles
• Establish health dashboards to monitor data quality and manage CI lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB tables and CI relationships
• Knowledge of data ingestion and integration techniques
• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience with data governance, quality management, and CI lifecycle management
• Familiarity with change management processes related to CIs
