Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic product delivery team, the full-time remote Technical Product Analyst will lead initiatives in data migration, integration, and modeling while collaborating with stakeholders to refine user stories and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business/product problems and lead discussions to elicit stakeholder requirements
• Create interactive prototypes and mockups to visualize tools/applications during development stages
• Support the product owner in refining user stories and planning development sprints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 6+ years of experience in mortgage/financial services
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including participation in stand-ups and sprints
• Advanced SQL skills with expertise in data migration and integration
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, and technologies such as DB2 and Postgres
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools
