Technical Product Associate

Job Summary

To support lifecycle marketing efforts, the part-time Technical Product Associate will manage customer data, ensure system integrations, and facilitate personalized communications across various channels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document the customer journey, system architecture, and lifecycle triggers for effective marketing campaigns
• Ensure data accuracy and availability in Customer.io by configuring integrations and monitoring data quality
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to define lifecycle capabilities and support campaign quality assurance

Required qualifications

• Zero to three years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or a related technical field
• Technical aptitude with experience in reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in working with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across cross-functional teams
• Preferred experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar tools
