Technical Product Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Business Analyst (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis across all Innovation Lab products
• Translate product direction into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support product build efforts and serve as the primary owner for Product Support inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical BA role within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology or platform implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations or administration
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment
• Experience performing administrative tasks related to Salesforce
