Job Summary

Owning the content strategy for a growing physical AI safety platform, the full-time remote Technical Product Content Lead will manage product documentation, knowledge architecture for AI Copilot, and in-product guidance while ensuring clarity and accuracy in all technical communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product and release documentation, including release notes and operational content
• Structure and oversee the knowledge architecture that supports AI-generated answers, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Create in-product guidance and developer resources that facilitate user success without the need for support tickets

Required qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating a range of technical documentation, including API references and interactive guides
• Experience with technical platforms such as industrial automation or safety-critical systems
• Proficiency in using AI tools as a core part of the content creation process
• Strong editorial instincts with a history of advocating for clear communication over technical jargon
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hardware and firmware engineers to accurately convey technical information
