Technical Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product & Delivery Manager to support the modernization effort of CommonGrants and SimplerGrants.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap, translating program goals into a prioritized backlog
• Lead sprint planning and facilitate core agile ceremonies to drive team flow and improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure feedback informs product direction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or similar role
• 5+ years of experience on an agile scrum team as a Scrum Master and/or Scrum Product Owner
• Familiarity with managing agile development projects using GitHub or Zenhub
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
