Technical Product Development Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of software development engineers, the full-time remote Technical Product Development Supervisor will implement modern DevOps practices, determine technical strategy for healthcare interoperability solutions, and align engineering delivery with product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Leads a team in building scalable, cloud-native healthcare platforms using various technologies
• Implements DevOps and CI/CD practices to deliver secure and reliable products across international deployments
• Determines technical strategy and ensures compliance with regulatory and security standards for healthcare solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and eight years of software engineering or infrastructure experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with fourteen years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or technical leadership role leading software engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications using relevant technologies
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices utilizing tools such as GitHub and Kubernetes
• Experience delivering healthcare technology solutions, including interoperability standards like FHIR
