Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand product usage and identify shortcomings

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop solutions and clarify ambiguous issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation, preferably with engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with data tools, including querying and modeling
• Ability to translate user needs into clear problem definitions
• Strong product judgment regarding problem-solving priorities
• Experience working on data-heavy or technical products is a plus
