Technical Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical & Product Lead to provide ownership of technical product delivery across automation and full-stack development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for Python-based automation and full-stack applications
• Translate complex client requirements into actionable technical designs and lead solutioning sessions
• Serve as the primary technical interface with stakeholders, managing delivery oversight and technical challenges

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture
• Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot)
• Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions
• Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
