Technical Product Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical Product Lead, the candidate will own the product vision, shape the narrative for internal and external communication, and identify high-leverage improvements across product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and steward a compelling 18-24 month product vision in collaboration with founders
• Define and communicate the product narrative to organize the team and set expectations for users
• Assess product performance and prioritize improvements to maximize impact and growth

Required qualifications

• Experience in a founder-like role with accountability for both product and growth
• Strong product instinct with the ability to quickly identify issues and opportunities
• Technical fluency combined with an understanding of cultural trends
• Experience in creating foundational narratives that build user trust
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with flexible organizational structures
