Technical Product Lead
Job Summary
Owning a product vertical end-to-end, the full-time Technical Product Lead will manage strategy, technical design, and delivery for an AI Finance Superapp focused on payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee product strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and user experience
- Collaborate with engineering on technical design, including APIs, data flows, and security measures
- Drive product decisions by balancing trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products from strategy through production
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience in regulated product domains such as payments, banking, or trading
- Proven ability to make trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
- Experience building AI products, including evaluation and reliability considerations
