Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Management, Customer & Agent Experience Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple product leaders and their oversight of technology delivery teams responsible for digital customer experience
  • Craft and own the vision of digital experience, create and maintain the product strategy, and develop the product roadmap
  • Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product managers, owners, and associates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years in Product Management for technology solutions
  • 4+ years of senior leader manager/director level work, including hiring and developing managers and individual contributors
  • 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, and user research teams
  • Experience of launching customer facing products in middle or large size companies
