Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Championing customer needs, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will identify pain points, develop product enhancement requirements, and collaborate across teams to drive product vision and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and new product opportunities while influencing design and architecture
• Develop product enhancement requirements from conceptualization through user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and advance the product roadmap

Required qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager with experience in developing user stories and product roadmaps
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• BA/BS degree or comparable experience
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and delivering successful B2B web application solutions
• Experience with Agile software development and continuous integration/delivery
