Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the core platform layer, focusing on scalability and performance
• Translate high-level customer needs into extensible platform features and collaborate with engineering teams
• Define and track KPIs for platform adoption and performance, ensuring technical excellence and service reliability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in technical platform or infrastructure roles
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in software engineering or technical product management
• Strong background in API design and system architecture
• Ability to translate complex customer challenges into scalable technology solutions
• Experience leading discussions with senior engineers on trade-offs between scalability, performance, and usability
