Job Summary

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for development and lead Agile ceremonies
• Oversee the manual testing team and coordinate MIPS Services to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting detailed requirements
• Deep experience working in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
