Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a decentralized liquidity aggregation protocol for the TON blockchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the product roadmap, including protocol specifications and integrations
• Translate abstract liquidity models into clear product specifications and manage technical integrations
• Lead cross-functional teams and align product development with market trends and strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or systems architect, preferably in product roles
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go, C++, Rust, Java) and able to debug production-grade code
• Experience in building distributed systems with an understanding of availability and consistency
• Hands-on experience in defining and shipping complex technical products
• Ability to manage technical complexity and break it down into incremental product phases
