Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives in insurance policy administration, accounting ledger systems, and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision in collaboration with the Product Director
• Create and manage product roadmaps to address business needs and impact OKRs

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in software or technology product management
• Experience with insurance policy administration systems and vendor management
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience in big data and BI tools
• Strong project management skills and experience in agile environments
• Ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
