Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions in healthcare technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineers to define technical solutions and evaluate trade-offs
• Use data analysis to inform the product roadmap and resolve ad hoc issues

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role
• 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Prior experience with contact center solutions or service desk products preferred
