Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager for their Workers Compensation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Workers Comp Platform Capabilities, delivering necessary technology functionality from quote-to-bind through policy servicing
• Lead integration with the Policy Administration System to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
• Drive cross-sell strategy and optimize the broker experience for workers comp policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of product management experience, focusing on technical products in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
• Industry knowledge of commercial insurance or workers compensation is a plus
