Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager responsible for the development and management of a Policy Administration System (PAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical backlog for the PAS platform, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business needs
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and oversee sprint planning and execution
• Maintain documentation of PAS architecture and workflows while coordinating testing and troubleshooting efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management or platform ownership experience
• 3+ years of experience with insurance systems or enterprise application platforms
• Strong understanding of policy administration systems and Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, .NET applications, and SQL Server
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
