Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for banking and fintech clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for client engagements and lead discovery to clarify business problems and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable backend solutions and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Run agile delivery rituals, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and manage client engagement and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in a client-facing role, preferably in professional services or banking
• Domain knowledge in financial services, including payments, lending, and digital banking
• Strong program/project delivery skills with experience in managing timelines and cross-team execution
• Proven ability to partner with engineers and demonstrate technical acumen in backend concepts
• Experience in defining testing and automation practices, including UAT and release readiness
