Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of software products from conception to release, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage software development roadmaps, oversee project management related to software products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to define functional requirements, manage product design, testing, and release processes
• Define and communicate software development roadmaps, conducting risk and feasibility assessments for new products and features
• Support sales and customer engagement by troubleshooting software defects and assisting with product demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with API design and testing
• Basic SQL query skills and database design knowledge
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools in design and testing processes
