Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of high-impact system integrations, the full-time Technical Product Manager will design, deliver, and optimize API-driven integrations across platforms while collaborating with engineering and external partner teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and user stories by translating business workflows and stakeholder needs
• Drive end-to-end delivery of integrations, ensuring quality and documentation before release
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support implementation and troubleshooting efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience delivering integrations between software systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange models
• Experience writing detailed product and technical requirement documents
• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML
