Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of credit decisioning services, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage two engineering teams, execute product strategy, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for credit decisioning services and supporting microservices
• Manage and lead two engineering teams in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and backlog health
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes and plans for both engineering and business audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Agile product management with a track record of leading Scrum teams
• Technical background preferred, with familiarity in AWS, Python, and Java
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, especially AWS, in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments is preferred
