Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager will define product strategy, collaborate with technical teams for product development, and ensure alignment between market needs and technical capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy for core platform components, including data ingestion and quality management
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze and address gaps in product performance and compliance with market needs
• Translate architectural patterns into actionable product requirements while participating in design and architecture discussions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or related technical roles in software development
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field with a strong technical component
• Proven experience delivering complex software products, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of FHIR standards, data integration, and healthcare interoperability frameworks
• Experience with cloud-native environments and CI/CD processes
