Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an AI platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage end-to-end product strategies, collaborate with engineers on prompt design, and serve as a technical liaison within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI platform features and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that balance latency, cost, and accuracy
• Drive improvements in answer quality and customer satisfaction through systematic experimentation and data analysis

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and their applications
• Experience in navigating technical tradeoffs and implementing AI platform standards
• Ability to translate complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for hypothesis validation
