Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Product Manager will define, deliver, and evolve online service products, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution while managing a well-prioritized backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize requirements, translating business strategy into actionable product specifications
• Conduct impact and feasibility analyses for proposed features, evaluating resource requirements and risks
• Define and own features within an Agile Release Train, coordinating with partner teams to manage dependencies

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in technical product management or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessments and defining success metrics
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
