Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product leadership for Hadron, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure delivery execution while serving institutional client needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market demand and technical feasibility
• Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements and coordinate development cycles
• Act as the primary interface between product and engineering, ensuring timely delivery of roadmap milestones

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with at least 3 years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure
• Demonstrated hands-on experience shipping a tokenization product, with accountability for the full token lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of traditional financial capital markets infrastructure, including settlement and custody
• Proven ability to rapidly translate institutional requirements into actionable product decisions
• Regulatory literacy across at least two major tokenization frameworks (e.g., MiCA, SEC, VARA)
