Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning setup, configuration, and management workflows for a device intelligence platform, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will ensure developers can effectively deploy and maintain Fingerprint across various surfaces, including the Dashboard and Management APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and setup processes for Fingerprint deployments, including configuration of product behavior and access management
• Partner with product and design teams to create a best-in-class admin user experience in the Dashboard
• Manage the roadmap for Management APIs, ensuring consistency and addressing enterprise-grade concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a product in a growth or scaling phase
• Strong understanding of API product management, including object models and versioning strategies
• Experience in managing competing priorities and aligning stakeholders across various levels
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product features through research and data analysis
