Job Summary
Contributing to the definition and evolution of the Amazon Connect platform, the fully remote Product Manager / Consultant (Technical) will manage platform strategy, lifecycle, and operational alignment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and long-term strategy for the Amazon Connect platform, ensuring alignment with customer experience objectives
- Translate business needs into prioritized platform initiatives and collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for high-quality delivery
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for Amazon Connect capabilities and participate in discovery initiatives for new features
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Consulting, or Business Analysis related to enterprise platforms or contact center technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of Amazon Connect platform capabilities and experience with contact center operations
- Strong understanding of contact center concepts, including routing, self-service, and agent workflows
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments; experience with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks is a plus
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable platform recommendations
