Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To reimagine the homeowners claims experience, the full-time Technical Product Manager will define the product roadmap, lead discovery efforts, and drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the claims technology product roadmap, balancing feature delivery with innovation
• Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact problems and translate findings into prioritized product plans
• Drive end-to-end delivery with the engineering team, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of new features

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software or technology product management experience with ownership of a roadmap
• Experience in agile environments at a startup or high-growth company
• Hands-on experience with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Adobe Analytics
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product requirements
• 6-8 years of total professional experience
