Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning setup, configuration, and management workflows for a device intelligence platform, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will ensure developers can effectively deploy, administer, and maintain the product across various surfaces including Dashboard, Management APIs, and MCP experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and setup processes for Fingerprint deployments, including configuration of product behavior and access management
• Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance admin UX in the Dashboard and manage the Management APIs roadmap
• Coordinate product launches and customer enablement initiatives, ensuring comprehensive documentation and best practices are in place

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on setup and operational management workflows
• Strong understanding of API product management and experience with defining object models and versioning strategies
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams regarding APIs and system architecture
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features through direct research or usage data analysis
